​Joey and Aiden, the founders of Relief Roofing, have been friends for over 20 years. Joey brings over 8 years of direct roofing and exteriors experience, with deep knowledge of materials, installation standards, and what separates work that holds up from work that doesn't. Aiden spent his career in business management consulting and operations, helping large organizations build the kinds of systems, processes, and customer experiences that most small contractors never have. Together, they built Relief Roofing to combine the craftsmanship of someone who's been on the roof with the operational discipline of someone who's run complex projects at scale — so homeowners get both the quality of the work and a process that actually feels professional.​
