Every project we complete is covered by a 3-Year Workmanship Warranty, which protects you against installation defects including improper flashing and waterproofing, underlayment issues, ventilation errors, faulty penetration sealing, drip edge and edge metal problems, and gutter and downspout workmanship — all at no charge to you if a covered issue is identified. Simply contact us, and we'll schedule an inspection and handle any confirmed defect promptly.
Beyond our own workmanship warranty, the materials we install are also backed by the product manufacturer's warranty. For example, GAF Timberline shingles carry a Lifetime Limited warranty, and standard architectural shingles are covered for up to 30 years.
